Terrible customer service. Do NOT use Ike's. They came to replace our water heater, then THEY decided it didn't need to be replaced, but charged us over $150 for the visit, then our water was lukewarm for a week and they can't give us our money back or provide any discount on the "standard price" of the water heater. Really disappointing.

2025: Tony came out and replaced some valve stems in our shower, fixed up the pipe length for the spout, and beautifully resealed everything. He was a pleasure to work with, provided helpful suggestions and opportunities for where to limit costs and schedule impact. His work was very neat, clean, and professional. Tamara in the main office was a great help for scheduling and coordinating.
2024: We received quick and effective help from Mustapha; he came out and replaced a leaking valve on our water line, was a pleasure to work with, and performed a clean repair with a brand new valve. Excellent service. The woman from the office (apologies I forgot your name!) who checked in with timeline and scheduling was very helpful as well. Thank you both!

Had an issue with a more substantial leak with our water heater over the weekend. Called Ikes, and I'm not sure who I talked to, but they talked me through the entire repair job, including finding and installing the new part I needed. They never even came out, saved me lots of $$$, all with no profit to themselves. The gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable, clear, friendly, and made me promise to call him back after I completed the repair "to make sure I was okay".
All in all, I received fantastic help from Ikes, and will absolutely be giving them our business in the future.

Seriously, hire this company. But listen, negotiate cleaning after the job is done. Every worker was very polite and did a great job. Every one of them was professional and kind. The whole team did excellent right up until the end. I really want to give 5 stars, even 4, but the amount of mess left behind is truly incredible. Ikes, please warn people ahead of time about the mess. It’s is going to take me not hours but days, maybe even a whole week to clean this up when it’s all said and done. Seriously you’re the nicest crew and company but wow. This is worse than a house fire. Having worked for Servpro, I know it. I’m not even sure how I’m gonna get some of my furniture clean and usable again. I would’ve loved a heads up so I could cover stuff with plastic. Everything about your work and attitudes was 5 stars except this. Seriously though, this company was awesome to work with and YES, I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN and you should to. Just mind the mess.
