All I can say is wow. My shower broke and wouldn't turn off at 8:00 am. Called Ike's to see if I could get someone out or help getting it off as I couldn't find a local shut off valve. 2018 build shockingly doesn't have one. Had to shut down water to house. Ike's guys were all booked. He FaceTimed me to see if we could find a way to turn it off. Packing was shot. He then rerouted a driver off a job to come fix it. Was fixed in an hour. Charged me a standard rate, not an emergency rate. You'd be foolish if you're in the north metro to not call these guys. Mustafa was the plumber and was excellent.

Called to schedule an estimate to see how much several repairs at my house would cost, the lady on the phone said that we really don’t do free estimates because they only work on billable time. So I can’t find out how much it would cost before hiring them? This doesn’t make much sense to me. 🤔

Terrible customer service. Do NOT use Ike's. They came to replace our water heater, then THEY decided it didn't need to be replaced, but charged us over $150 for the visit, then our water was lukewarm for a week and they can't give us our money back or provide any discount on the "standard price" of the water heater. Really disappointing.

Had an issue with a more substantial leak with our water heater over the weekend. Called Ikes, and I'm not sure who I talked to, but they talked me through the entire repair job, including finding and installing the new part I needed. They never even came out, saved me lots of $$$, all with no profit to themselves. The gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable, clear, friendly, and made me promise to call him back after I completed the repair "to make sure I was okay".
All in all, I received fantastic help from Ikes, and will absolutely be giving them our business in the future.

Highly recommend Ike plumbing over any other plumbing company!! If someone leaves a bad review they are just a terrible person, because Ike and his team are very personable, helpful, respectable, honest.
