They installed a sump pump and drain tile in one corner of my basement. Like other reviews mention, my basement was left in a disaster state. Concrete dust, footprints, and slush stains were everywhere. I've cleaned it up since then, but a lot of the stains couldn't be removed.
Also, for some reason, they used tapcons to secure a piece of garbage scrap wood to my wall (pictured). Do I not deserve at least a straight cut of 1x4? They either found this trash in the back of their van or they found it in the corner of my basement, I don't know.
Despite leaving a mess and drilling garbage to my wall, they didn't forget to leave their branded stickers on all of my appliances, which they obviously didn't install (pictured). Classy stuff.
I'm giving two stars because the sump pump works, the bare minimum of the service.

Amazing communication leading up to
Project of drain tile work in my basement. Then 4 man crew worked so efficiently for two days. I was so impressed with what they were able to do complete in that timeframe. Would definitely hire them and this company know what they are doing.

I have used Ihn Company for approximately 25 years. They have worked on projects at my personal home and for other projects professionally. They always provide timely, detailed proposals. The price is competitive, scheduling is quick, and the quality of work has always been high.

I had a water heater replaced. I was given a global charge of $3,295.00. Thought it was expensive (as did many of my friends) but I needed to replace it. I was not given any options of water heaters as well (the water heater was $2,250.00).
Being so expensive I called the company and requested an itemized report.
I was there when the technician started and when he finished. He worked 2 hours no more but the report stated 3.5 hours worked. At $199.95 and hour thats a lot of money. I asked several times to talk with someone who I could discuss the overcharge with and was told someone would but it never happened.
I value the money I make and honestly I was ripped off (thats how I feel knowing I was overcharged intentionally).

I did some research before starting my basement remodeling project. Had several companies come to provide me a quote. I learned more from Jim, the owner, about things to look for than anyone I had met with. I needed an egress window installed and I learned that they are also Master Plumbers, Radon Specialists, and Foundation Experts. I found that by hiring The IHN company I was able to get all of these services provided for my basement remodel.
They were able to secure my basement from any future moisture migration along with providing a complete sump pump re-build. I had my Radon system moved during this portion of the basement remodel. The men were polite and asked if there was anything I needed before they left for the day. They cleaned up after each days work and were punctual the following morning. The workmanship far exceeded my expectations, not to mention the one source with a reasonable price.
