I left a previous review regarding their pricing, however Kyle was quick to come back to the table and negotiate a fair price for the work and materials. I've been dealing with them more today and their service has been exceptional.

I had my on demand hot water system break over the weekend. I contacted Icon and they were able to get someone out I diagnose the problem same day. They had to install a new part but it was fine quickly. Great overall experience with Icon.

Icon and their team were able to turn around a gas installation for me in a great timeline. Matt was a great person to deal with on site and was able to address concerns our inspector had on the inspection day resulting in everything to move super smoothly to complete the job.
I would absolutely recommend their team to anyone requiring work.

I had icon come in and install a bathtub in a spot where there wasn’t any plumbing they were SO nice and so efficient and even declog my other sink without me even asking. I love that you can call their office and get in right away. You’re not waiting weeks and weeks without hearing from anybody Like other plumbers that I’ve spoken to. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be using for any future projects!
