I normally do not write reviews, but what happened to Miss Tina, an 87-year-old handicapped homeowner, deserves to be publicly documented. This company took advantage of an elderly woman who could not read or understand the contract she was signing. She trusted them as licensed professionals, and instead she ended up with open holes left in her walls for two years.
Those openings allowed rats to enter her home and cause even more damage. When I finally discovered the problem a month ago, it was obvious the work had been rushed and done without any care. Wires were cut and taped together inside the walls, nothing was properly fastened, and some of the work was simply never completed. Parts of the home were left exposed long enough for pests to move in and out freely.
When we contacted the company for help, the prices they quoted were shocking. A one-day job started at $9,500 before dropping thousands of dollars in minutes. A larger job went from $22,000 to $19,000 with no real explanation. It became clear this wasn’t professional estimating—it was predatory pricing aimed at someone they assumed wouldn’t question it. Another plumber later completed one of these “$9,500 jobs” in a couple of hours.
When their representative finally came out, the solution offered was to simply “patch and paint” over everything. No addressing the rodents, no correcting the unsafe wiring, no accountability. Just a superficial cover-up of the damage their crew left behind. And then we never heard back from them.
Miss Tina relies on others to help her because she is largely blind. She had no way to catch what happened until I stepped in. What’s most painful is that she trusted them. She trusted the explanations, the pricing, and the work—and they took full advantage of that trust.
We have since had an independent assessment done, and multiple violations were confirmed. The entire job will need to be redone by a professional.
This experience has been devastating for her emotionally and financially. No elderly homeowner should ever be put through something like this. If you have vulnerable family members, please think twice before hiring this company.

I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing is a absolute lifesaver! I was dealing with a total nightmare on a Friday night my bathtub wouldn't drain at all and I was beyond frustrated. I called a bunch of places, but everyone told me they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday.
I finally called here and Brittany was so nice on the phone. She actually listened and got a tech named Nico out to my place by 7:30 PM that same night.
Nico was great. He figured out the issue pretty quickly. Our old cast iron pipes were so rusted inside that water just couldn't get through anymore. I was terrified we'd have to tear up the entire bathroom floor, but Nico explained they do trenchless work. We ended up doing a descale and epoxy coating instead, which basically fixed the pipes from the inside without any digging.
They knocked it all out in one day. My shower works perfectly now, and honestly, they cleaned up so well that the bathroom looked better after they left than before they started. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows what they’re doing and won't just take the easy way out by breaking your floors, call these guys! Super thankful for their help.

My technician was Nico, and he was exceptional to say the least. He was communicative, professional, and nothing short of perfection. I contacted the vendor in the late afternoon regarding a clog in the plumbing, and while Nico was working on another job in a different city, he offered to come fix the plumbing in the late evening after he finished his in-progress work. Since the clog in the plumbing was not urgent, we agreed on a time for the following day, which he showed up early for. Nico located the clog during the diagnostic inspection. Although he ended up hydro-jetting it, he was persistent in snaking it at first, a little more than 40 feet from the clean out. The final quote/price was fair/reasonable, and I could not be more grateful for his work. This review is no different than their hundreds of positive reviews. I would definitely recommend I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services! Thank you, Nico!

Yesterday I had a major issue with my kitchen sink. It was completely backed up and not draining at all. I tried every DIY trick I could think of, but nothing worked. After reading all the great reviews on Yelp and Google, I decided to give I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing a call, and I’m really glad I did.
When I called, Brittany was very helpful and quickly scheduled a technician named Nico. He arrived within two hours, right on time. Nico was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He ran a camera down the drain and found a heavy sludge buildup that was preventing the pipe from draining correctly.
He recommended hydro jetting to clear the line. After completing the service, he showed me the before and after camera footage. The difference was huge and the line looked significantly cleaner. My sink is now draining perfectly.
Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I will definitely be calling I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
