Harold from HS Drain LLC provided excellent service today. He came out to clear a clog in my main waste pipe and handled it quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain exactly what happened and taught me how to prevent issues down the road. If you need a pro who really knows his stuff, ask for Harold. I wanted to take the time out to personally write this review this company start to finish has been so amazing from the owner who assured me time after time he would travel to New Hyde Park to service my home when no other company would. I think in today’s world where there is so much going on, it’s so hard to find a trustworthy, empathetic and honest company - I am truly so thankful, grateful and blessed to have been served by your company. My family and I are forever grateful for your time and efforts and ongoing support. Had some drainage issues at one of my homes, after our first quote came in extremely high with no real assurance of issues being fixed, I was able to find HS Drains and have them come out. Harold and his team were great!!! Extremely hardworking and dedicated to getting the problem solved and they did. I would recommend to anyone who has to use a plumber. Great guys thanks again
