Tim did a great job installing a water heater and softener I had already purchased before realizing it was going to be harder to install by myself than I thought. Even though he said the A.O. Smith water heaters weren’t the best quality, he explained the most important thing was to change the anode rod, especially with the soft water, since soft water is more conductive and corrosive.
Tim was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He went through the recommended maintenance items and helped me get the softener online and programmed after he checked for leaks. I highly recommend using this company!

Scheduling an appointment was easy and the technician, Tim, was on time, personable, and knowledgeable. I was most impressed by Tim's honesty. My wife and I are considering installation of a tankless water heater, and rather than push us to purchase a costly system, at no cost he made some minor adjustments to our existing water heater that will likely meet our needs. Even if we ultimately decide against the tankless water heater, we will definitely use Tim for other plumbing needs in the future.

Tim is excellent! He did our addition work (adding a shower, toilet, and double sink)) in the second story! This was really big job! It was a tricky spot too and he came up with ways to make it work. He was always very communicative on what was going on and why. Even when there was some road blocks (our water shut off valve was failing) he problem solved and made it work.
He has an amazing attention to details.
Now he’s back doing the finishing touches (originally we thought we could) but so happy he did! It’s great and it was done much quicker than we ever could.
Would highly recommend Honest Plumbing!
