They provided a timely fair free quote with details and completed the work in the time specified. They did a good job and the workers and owner were personable and professional. I am not giving 5 stars because the weed barrier under my sod was not replaced therefore I have to replace it or do something else with my yard.

We had an emergency where the septic tank was backing up into everything and puddling up in the yard. Jason from Hometown Plumbing arrived in a very short amount of time. He quickly started troubleshooting, dug up the yard at an insanely fast rate, especially for having nothing more than a few shovels. And within a handful of hours got the job done even given the odd setup we had. This all while I was asking a lot of questions and generally feeling like I was hovering over him, even though I wasn't trying to do that. I was just ultra curious. But Jason was very professional, answered my questions even though he didn't have to, and still worked super fast and figured out things putting an end to the disgusting saga that started in the morning.
To Hometown Plumbing, I hope you recognize Jason for his fast and quality work. He is someone you can't afford to lose in my opinion. I just have never seen someone dig holes at that speed in-person, let alone the speed at which he was switching between which actions to take based on what was happening. He's a one-man army.

Arrived quickly for an after hours job. VERY decent pricing to snake the lines. Aaron was very helpful, explained the full process as well as potential next steps for larger repairs. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! Stayed in communication and presented my options regarding larger repairs that were needed. I felt completely confident in them and was so happy with the pricing I booked within the following weeks. Now I have brand new pipes and feel so relieved not having to worry about the plumbing. SO GRATEFUL for them! Highly recommend

I won’t use another plumber—Hometown Plumbing is professional, fair, and genuinely compassionate. They’re focused on fixing the issue, incredibly prompt, never waste time, and clearly know what they’re doing. Their tracking system also lets you know exactly when they’re on the way.
We were referred to them last-minute after going five days without hot water, and they rearranged their schedules to come out the same day our part arrived—on two separate occasions. It was unbelievably kind. I’ve saved them in my contacts, and you should too.

Stephen came to sort out an issue of standing water on my laminate kitchen flooring. He worked through the troubleshooting of all indoor areas involved with water:sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, laundry appliances and found no resolution. He then looked outside at possibly problematic areas. He was able to isolate the culprit: a recently poured concrete walkway over an existing sprinkler. He even capped a line believed to be connected to the offending leak. Outstanding service, careful investigation and besides he was a genuinely nice human being. Happy to highly recommend.
