Had a problem with an outdoor spicket. Had Chris Blanks out to take a look. What I thought was a problem, wasn't really a problem. He could have easily sold me something I didnt need, but he was honest, and just charged my the service call. Highly recommend Hiller and ask for Chris if you need them!

The technician that came out was very nice and informative. However, he came out last night to cap off the water heater until we could replace it with a new one, and this morning, I woke up to water running out of the ceiling and it flooded my laundry room and kitchen…again. The house already flooded once, initially, when the water heater gave out causing extensive damage to my home, and now more damage has been incurred. Meanwhile, I wasn’t offered a discount or anything for my extreme stress and the damage it caused to my home. I’m very disappointed in Hiller and how they handled this. It took a full day to even get an appointment confirmed to replace my water heater. Upon calling this morning stating my home was flooded, I was told the same tech would be back out at 5:00. No sense of urgency AT ALL.

Had a guest bathroom vanity & sink that was recently replaced … I tried to re-hook up the water and install a new sink stopper but ran into difficulties… called Hiller - the receptionist on the phone was great and Mr. Dwight did a good job finishing off my project - he was kind and told me that my repair attempt “was on the right road.”
Highly recommend Hiller!

Dwight has been in our home on more than one occasion, as we have been Happy Hiller people since at least 2018.
Dwight is the kindest soul on the planet. He is equally professional. He explains honestly without excuses and has always been top notch with knowledge and skills. He should be mentoring the next generation of Hiller employees and they should watch and learn from him how to interact with people. He engenders trust; If Dwight says it, I know it's true.

Hiller was responsive to my pipe burst emergency on a Sunday evening. The technician, Fernando, was thorough and conscientious and did a great job repairing my burst pipe. Hiller means it when they say they provide 24/7 emergency services.
