I have had them out twice - once for a major project and again for something much smaller. Both times I was treated with the upmost level of professionalism and respect. They were kind, understanding, and patient as I asked more than my fair share of questions. Shawn was our point of contact and he is a person of integrity and has managed our projects with the highest level of customer service.
I highly recommend this plumbing company. The service is stellar!!

Steven was very professional and friendly. Explained perfectly what the problems were, and what needs to be done to fix it. The quote was reasonable. When I called with follow up questions, they were very helpful and took their time to answer all my questions. They did a great job fixing everything in a timely manner, and treated my property with care. They also took care of scheduling backflow inspection. Would use again.

The staff was curtious, helpful and took time to not make a mess of things. The guy's hung plastic tarp over open cabinets to keep dust out. Leak was fixed and inspected the next day.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Herndon McFarland and their team for their outstanding support in replacing my parents’ water heater. My father has advanced Alzheimer’s, and my mom is his primary caregiver, so managing everything remotely from LA has been incredibly difficult, especially when the water heater went out unexpectedly on a Sunday morning.
Teresa immediately coordinated with a technician, and after several visits and troubleshooting, it was clear that the unit needed to be replaced. The previous plumber who installed the unit was unresponsive, leaving us in a tough spot. However, Herndon McFarland went above and beyond to work directly with the manufacturer to honor the warranty and expedite the entire process. They removed the broken water heater, took it to Home Depot, replaced it with the new unit, and ensured it was installed correctly with a proper inspection.
What really stood out to me was their empathy and transparency throughout the entire process. They truly understood my situation and made the whole experience as smooth as possible despite the complexities. I couldn’t have done this without their help, and I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had an awesome experience with HMF. When they could not make it out due to the ice storm, the office actually took our info home and called from their personal cell phone to reschedule. They could have taken the day off, but chose to serve us. The guys that came out to dig the 21' tunnel as well as replace the drainline were great. Hats off to Blake and the guys who dug and then replaced the dirt. Professional, courtesy and had a great work ethic.
I would definitely use them again!
