Heil was great! We needed emergency toilet repair, and they had a technician here within 90 minutes. They sent a photo of their repair guy ahead of time, which I greatly appreciated. He was great at explaining the problem, the process, and the costs up front. There was no upselling pressure. The problem was fixed within half an hour, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

I recently hired Heil Plumbing to replace my water service line, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first phone call and follow-up emails, the communication was fast, clear, and honest. The technician who came out for the quote was extremely knowledgeable—he thoroughly inspected the leak, confirmed the issue, and took the time to explain their trenchless replacement approach, materials, and what to expect.
On installation day, the crew showed up exactly on time and were fantastic to work with. They handled everything professionally, including related issues like the water heater expansion tank, main shutoff, and the pressure regulator. They also walked me through the overall condition of my plumbing system and gave me useful guidance on future improvements to plan for.
The job was completed on time and within the original quoted price, even though they clearly had to deal with a few unexpected complexities along the way. Otto and his crew were very professional, respectful, timely, and efficient. Otto explained the entire main waterline replacement before they started and stuck to that process. Their process was very minimally invasive with only needing to dig a single hole to replace 30 feet plus of copper water line. It took them a single day for the entire process and the following day was the City of Rockville's inspection. These guys are great!
