The tech was professional and polite. He asked all of my questions. Walking me thru the setting to remove an old cement laundry tub and replace some of the piles and new hands. He cleaned up and mess and took the old tub away. I'm truly satisfied with the work.

Jake was prompt, polite, and friendly, seemed knowledgeable, explained everything to me, did the work in a reasonable time, and left the area where he worked neat and clean. What more could you ask? I'm happy with the service. The price for the garbage disposal installation seemed a bit high in comparison to estimates I found online, but I know Heil is a solid local company that will stand by their work if I have problems in the future. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience and would recommend Heil Plumbing.

Chad was professional, thorough, and clean. I had two areas where I needed plumbing work. Chad was able to assess the issues, provide options, and give details of each to me. We ended up having the garage disposal replaced. It had a crack on one side. Chad even explained ways I could prevent it in the future and shared with me how to properly install/lock disposal into place. I’m grateful it’s fixed and considering using them for main waste line replacement. It’s not my first time using Heil and I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about Heil Plumbing and everyone I interacted with, from Rosie the AI phone receptionist, Ashley in the office, to John and his job site crew.
We had a basement toilet that started to back up. After Heil assessed the issue they had their scoping crew come out as they were concerned that the sewer line had an obstruction. We did.
Ultimately they had to replace the entire sewer line from the basement to the city connection. They were able to schedule up quickly and had the entire job completed in 2 days. John kept the job site, including inside our home, clean and organized. They covered things in the basement to kept concrete dust from the jackhammering from getting on it and they had drop cloths to cover the hardwoods and stairway carpeting as well.
While it isn’t a “fun” project the made it so it wasn’t stressful.
Heil’s number is now in my phone contacts in case we ever have another plumbing issue to take of.

I contacted Heil Plumbing when my hot water heater developed a significant leak. I was thrilled to get an appointment for the following morning. Chad examined my unit, identified the requirements for a new unit and provided a detailed estimate. He addressed my concerns and explained the replacement process thoroughly. Although the installation took longer than expected, I am very pleased with the results. Chad patiently walked me through the operation of my new water heater, and even identified a separate potential safety hazard. Additionally, the workspace was left completely clean once the job was finished. I appreciate the high quality of work and excellent service that I received.
