Hancock Brothers Plumbers did a fantastic job! I was able to quickly set up an appointment to have our tankless water heater looked at. Douglas did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and clearly explained what was going on. He recommended getting a replacement, and we decided to go ahead with it. The installation was scheduled right away for the following day. Chase and Gregory handled the installation, and they were both very professional and polite. Chase made sure to walk me through everything and patiently answered all my questions. I also recommend their membership plan, which helps with regular maintenance and can save you money down the road. Overall, I’m very pleased with the great service and attention to detail.

Outstanding plumbing service! I’d give them even more stars if I could. From start to finish, the plumbers kept me updated at every step and made sure I understood what was happening. Gregory, Chase, Douglas, and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, especially when it came to working with my billing and insurance to help me get the best possible coverage. Douglas did an amazing job with the plumbing work and even provided a video inspection of my sewer line, showing exactly why a new line was needed. He also went the extra mile by preparing a detailed plumbing report for my insurance, which was a special request and not something you see every day. The plumbing, water mitigation, and moving crews worked seamlessly together. Everyone was friendly, supportive, and eager to help. the best! i had several plumbing problems in the condo i recently bought. they were not major emergencies, but they needed attention before they turned into bigger plumbing repairs. i called a local plumber, and douglas came out the same day. he handled everything in a prompt, clean, and professional way. he fixed the toilet by replacing the inside parts, repaired the two leaking washing machine valves, moved the main water shutoff valve, and capped an outdoor pipe i was not using that had been dripping onto a utility cover. the work was done right, and i felt confident the plumbing was taken care of properly. the pricing was in line with other plumbers, but the peace of mind was worth even more to me because i knew the job would be done correctly the first time. i also had a water heater problem later on, and douglas again responded quickly and did excellent work. even with weekend service rates, i felt the quality, reliability, and professionalism were well worth it. i highly recommend this plumbing company.

i saw a lot of mixed reviews, but my experience was nothing but great with Hancock Brothers Plumbers. chase came out to inspect whether the pipes near the main water heater needed to be replaced. At first, he expected that might be the plumbing repair, but then he said he wanted to try one more simple fix. After opening and closing the main shutoff valve a few times and checking the water flow, the issue was solved without any unnecessary work. i really appreciated the honest service and the clear explanation of what was happening with the pipes and valve. It felt good to have a plumber who took the time to troubleshoot first instead of pushing a bigger job. i am now looking forward to my master bathroom remodel in Kansas City and hope the rest of the plumbing work goes just as smooth. so far, i am very happy with the service and would gladly post another update after the job is finished.
