Highly recommend! Sprung a leak at midnight from my main water line, just a few feet from the meter. Thankfully was able to shut the water off at the meter myself. Called them in the morning - they'd already had 3 calls for appointments by 7am, but said they would try to get me in. Meanwhile, I reached out to another company who was able to come out by 10am. This other company quoted me $650 to fix the line - but suggested replacement of the entire main line (almost $6k!). Meanwhile, H&R called back and could come out within the hour. I paid the service call fee to the other company and waited for H&R. When they arrived, they got right to work. No hint of needing to replace the entire main line. Turned out the cheap plastic cap put on an insert to the main line (I forget the terminology) broke. They removed a piece of the line, replaced it with new, and were on their way within 30 minute. $250 total. They were friendly, helpful, and know their craft. I highly recommend.

We had a kitchen pipe leak suddenly after midnight last night. We had to turn the main water to our house off. Thankfully we saw the water rush out immediately so no damage, but essential that we fixed it asap!
Our plumber of many years wasn’t available today, so we called H&R Plumbing. We have been burned so badly by house stuff and are always so hesitant when we have to repair anything or to recommend companies/services.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Herschel with H&R!!! He answered immediately, showed up right away, was efficient, professional, kind, thorough, friendly, and did SUCH a great job!! He fixed the leak and was so clean. Not only did he fix the pipe, he noticed that our dishwasher didn’t have its own separate turn off valve, (we had renovations a few years ago and they didn’t put a standard separate dishwasher on/off valve), so he added one. I don’t think he even charged us for doing that. My mind is blown with what a great job he did and how quickly he got it done. Herschel is a rare find. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Great job H&R plumbing! Thank you!!
