Communication was great (text and email on scheduling and arrival). Brad was able to schedule me the second day after I called, as I said it wasn't an emergency.
Professional and friendly service. Matt listened to our concern and then asked many questions to gain the context of the issue, especially since we've been in the deep freeze. The problem seemed to resolve itself on the morning of his arrival, but it didn't mean that there wasn't a clog in the line- there was. (However, the temp moderated and may have helped thaw the line.)
I waited a couple of days to add the review to be sure that the problem was resolved, and for now, the water is flowing where it should be again.
We have used Guy's Sewer & Drain for annual maintenance, and it was great when I called for a more immediate need, and Brad seemed to remember some fun detail about our basement. He had a very friendly way of connecting.

Excellent service. They were very flexible with timing and worked efficiently. Matt was super knowledgable about the issue we had with our sewer and knew exactly what we needed to have done. Worked quickly. Very friendly. Will continue to use Guy's Sewer and Drain!

I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next morning - the day before Christmas. The technician was on time, courteous, and quick. We had a main line back up, and he was in and out in about 90 minutes. The prices were a little higher than the bigger guys, but the service more than made up for it. If I ever have issues again, Guy's is at the top of the list!
