Only sewer cleaning company I totally trust. Very responsive and thorough. Reasonable and efficient!! Cleaned main drain and bathroom lavatory drain.

We had our floor drain sewer backup on a Sunday and tried to find emergency sewer service. We found Greenwood Sewer since their website said 24/7 emergency services available. However when we called no one answered. The next day we called again and they said that they would try to come out that day. They never did, we called the following day and they said we were on the schedule and they still never showed. This went on for four days. Then we went with a different sewer company that was actually responsive and was able to come out quick to help. We did not inform Greenwood that we received alternative help and technically should still be on their schedule but a month later, they still haven’t even called to check if we still need their services. They were also rude and told us not to keep calling back and insisted we were on the schedule. I would give Greenwood Sewer a 0 stars if possible.

Highly recommended! They all did an amazing job getting us scheduled and Alex did a quick and efficient job of unclogging our sewer and was very personal with some great recommendationsto help.prevent future blockage. Fair pricing and a great job! 10 out of 5 stars!

My sewer service had total blockage. I called to have it fixed. They placed me on the list and were able to come the same day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He completed his task quickly and with a reasonable cost. I will be recommending there services!
