Gordon Brothers Plumbing got in touch with me right away to schedule an appointment when I needed help with my water heater in La Vista. Elias came out and carefully checked over the whole system, making sure to point out a few other plumbing issues I should keep an eye on. He was very detailed and made sure I understood everything. Elias arranged to come back the next day and installed a new water heater for me. Everything is running smoothly now, and the area was left neat and tidy. Later, Elias and Raymond also helped me by installing a bull horn on my sewer line. They worked efficiently, explained the repairs, and made sure the place was spotless before they left. Their prompt service and clear communication made the whole process easy. I feel confident calling on them for any plumbing needs in the future.

these plumbers are great. it can be hard to get a skilled plumbing company to come this far out, but they were willing to make the trip and handle the job without any trouble. i was very happy with the service. i had an ao smith high efficiency water heater that needed repair, and not every plumber is trained to work on that type of unit, but they knew how to service it correctly. their technician, elias, had no problem finding the house, which is not always the case, and he clearly knew his plumbing work. he needed to return with the right part, and while he was there, we also had some additional plumbing work taken care of. the communication was good from start to finish, the work was done efficiently, and elias was very careful about keeping everything clean and making sure the job was done right. the pricing was fair, the water heater is working well now, and the extra plumbing repairs were handled smoothly. raymond also helped make sure everything stayed on schedule. highly recommended for anyone needing dependable plumbing service, water heater repair, or general pipe and fixture work.

After dealing with a couple of costly plumbers who did not seem very helpful, this service was a big improvement. Raymond arrived right on time, was professional right away, and clearly walked me through what he would be doing and about how long the install would take. He replaced the water heater efficiently, explained how the new system works, and shared helpful plumbing tips for routine maintenance and keeping everything running properly.
