Both were very professional, Knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making our repairs to our pipe system and installation of our sink and faucet. Their estimate was accurate and once work was approved they were able to start and finish the same day. They cleaned up afterwards and even gave us some helpful tips. Definitely would have them back on any future project.

Hands down the best service. First, I want to acknowledge Robert Steele for getting us an appointment and having a technician come out ASAP. We had a clogged drain we thought in the laundry, turns out it was the kitchen sink. I forgot the technicians name but he was outstanding. Explained the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Very fair pricing and quick service. 10/10 recommend!

Bobby did a fantastic job with the hot water flush service. He explained everything he was doing. He blew out the filter on top of the hot water heaters, which I had no idea was even there. My elderly neighbor came over to check out what was going on and Bibby was very kind and patient to answer his questions too. All in all, a great experience. I definitely will call Golden Seal again! Thank you!

Two servicemen, Chris and John, came to my house to replace a leaking outside spigot. They were delightful! I asked if I could tag along and watch. They welcomed me to do so. They were quick to identify why there was a leak, efficiently replaced the entire faucet assembly. They showed me how their battery run high tech crimp tool worked. It takes the place of soldering so it was fast and strong unlike soldering which takes more time for the same task.
They had to move things around the work area and then put everything back where it went, which was a nice touch.
When the job was done, we turned on the
spigot and it worked perfectly…no leak.
I am very pleased with Chris and John’s attitude and clear upfront explanation of the job to be done. Their workmanship and pride in their craft was impressive.
They also spoke highly of their employers who kept them stocked with materials and tools.
I used Gold seal once before to replace a Kohler Intelligent toilet. I received the great service back then as I did now.
If another plumbing problem occurs at my house, I’ll definitely call them.
