Initially had a disappointing experience with this plumbing service. What started as a minor leak on my outdoor faucet turned into a much larger issue after repairs were made, and I struggled to get timely responses.
That said, I want to acknowledge that one of the managers personally reached out and came to my property to address the concerns and help correct the mistakes. I appreciate the time, patience, and effort shown by everyone involved in resolving the situation.
My feedback to the company is this: customers are not plumbing experts. When recommending additional services, take the time to educate clients, explain their options, and provide recommendations that truly benefit them. Clear communication goes a long way in building trust.

Absolutely will recommend this company for services. I had a sink that has been out of balance and not connected since September 2025. Finally got it completed and I’m so happy with the results. Fernando was prompt and did everything without any worries. Completely satisfied and will recommend to others who will need a sink reinstalling or anything. Unfortunately the video is better but I can upload a couple of pictures.

GEI Plumbing Services is an amazing company! The team is incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Their prices are very affordable, and the quality of their work is outstanding.

I had 2 clogged drains in my beach house. Jason came out April 28. He was unable to clear the drains and purchased the wrong garbage disposal. He had to come back on Thursday with the right disposal. He installed it without the gasket and it leaked everywhere. I was not there at the time so he sent me a picture of disposal running with no water. A friend had to discover the disposal was leaking and he put the gasket in. GEI sent Jason back again the following week. He still could not clear lines and left the clean out lids outside off and charging us $1000. GEI would not do any work until we put $600 down. We ended up calling Roto Rooter. They came out and cleared the lines in an
hour. Charging $800. More affordable than GEI and got the job done. GEI offered 25% off next service. Why would I want to go through that again. I would not recommend GEI Plumbing to my worst enemy. Watch your wallet if you decide to use them.

We did finally get a partial refund for original service done on April 28. The owner was apologetic. Hopefully they can do better in the future. I see they are under new management. Good luck

Half the price of a dishwasher for install is nuts
Edit. I got an unexpected call from Guy this morning apologizing for the price quoted. He even went as far as refunding the callout fee plus some. We have assurances that if we need plumbing work in the future that they'll come out and provide an estimate for free. Bad experiences happen, but caring enough to rectify that experience goes a very long way in our eyes. Will definitely give them a try in the future. Thank you so much for the reminder that people do care about the work they do.
