Gary is still the best! He’s been our go to hydrojetter for years now and his professionalism and expertise has not diminished at all. He is still easy to communicate with, schedule with and pricing is extremely fair. I appreciate how patient he is with explaining what he sees. His recommendations for ongoing care and things to watch for that might indicate a bigger issue are also incredibly helpful. He is very organized and will send you a copy of the hydrojetting video once the job is done. I really don’t trust anyone but Gary to touch our sewer lines.

Had an excellent experience with Gary's Hydrojetting and Plumbing! They were prompt, professional, and got the job done right the first time. Huge thanks to Gary’s Roto-Rooter for coming out on Memorial Day weekend and taking care of our issue so quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the camera inspection done right away so we could identify and fix the problem fast. We had a clogged drain in our office bathroom and called Gary’s Rooter & Hydro Jetting. He showed up super fast within 30 minutes which was huge for us during work hours.
Very friendly, professional, and got straight to work. He fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable.
He even left the bathroom cleaner than it was before.
Highly recommend if you need someone reliable and responsive.

I had a serious plumbing issue and consulted with three different plumbers before calling Gary's Rooter and Hydro Jetting. Each of the other plumbers recommended expensive solutions—breaking open the concrete and replacing the entire pipe or using epoxy lining methods—all at several thousands of dollars.
Gary came in and solved the problem completely without any damage to my flooring. He cleared my pipes and took the time to show me on camera exactly how my system is set up, so I could see the issue and the solution firsthand.
What really impressed me was his integrity. When I asked him to do additional work to prevent future issues, he could have run up the bill, but instead he told me straight: "No, you don't need anything else." That's the kind of trustworthy professional you want in your home.
He also cleaned up thoroughly after himself—a stark contrast to another plumber I'd hired previously who snaked my bathroom and left an absolute mess behind.
Highly recommended. Gary's Rooter and Hydro Jetting solved my problem affordably, professionally, and without the hard sell. Five stars.
