Being self employed for almost 40 years in Cortland I always appreciate fast, reliable service.
At my camp north of Union Springs I had a leak within a wall. Being past the age of doing plumbing anymore I had Gallinger & Lilly recommended to me.
It wasn't an emergency and I said that when I left a message. The next morning I was called back by Kristen. She was pleasant and professional and set up an appointment 2 days later.
Greg Sr. Came a bit early even. Greg was top notch professional and did an exceptional job.
I've known many plumbers over many years, but none really in Cayuga County. It's not an easy job and for many years no one young was going into the business.
The price was really very good. ( let's face it we all like to complain about costs. In this case I can't)
I highly recommend Gallinger & Lilly!

absolutely professionals. they installed an endless hot water on demand tank and they fixed the low water pressure in the house. also added a first floor washer and dryer. very happy camper.

Great company! Office responsive to calls and accepts credit cards on phone when the job is done. Greg Gallinger and Neadom Walton came and quickly identified the problem. They pulled my toilet and snaked the drain and replaced the toilet within one hour. Excellent service and will definitely use them again in the future!

We noticed our bathroom sink was leaking heavily into our basement. Gallinger-Lilly was very responsive once I reached out and quickly scheduled Greg Gallinger to come look at the problem. He provided a fair estimate and ended up cutting out the existing galvanized line and replacing it with PVC down to the basement. He and Brianna completed the work within just a few hours. Everyone was so kind and respectful and I was able to continue working from home while they did the project. Highly recommend! Our 4 usually noisy dogs slept in the other room while the work was being done, so their work is also dog approved! :)
