I haven’t had any work done by this company yet, but I had an experience that absolutely deserves recognition. I recently found myself stuck on the side of the road with car trouble, in a spot that didn’t feel very safe. One of their team members, Tommy, stopped to help me without hesitation.
He was incredibly kind, patient, and got my car situation sorted out quickly. When I asked how I could repay him, he wouldn’t accept anything — he simply wished me well and went on his way. That kind of genuine generosity is rare these days.
Even though I wasn’t a customer, Tommy treated me with the kind of care and integrity you hope every company’s employees embody. If this is the caliber of people they hire, it tells you everything you need to know. I will absolutely keep them in mind for future services and would recommend them based on character alone.

Huge shoutout to Darren and Tom for helping my wife and I with our continued sewer saga in SCS. We’ve had to follow up a couple of times as the issue has been persistent (first one thing and then the other) but both Darren and Tom have been amazing! Answering at all hours and making multiple trips out to make sure we’re able to continue to do laundry/flush our toilet (hopefully stress free) for a long time to come.
10/10 would recommend for any/all sewer needs.

Sewer started backing up right as we were preparing to leave for Easter. G&C was prompt and friendly and had the drain cleared very fast. Some companies would try and take advantage of the situation because of it being a holiday which required emergency service but G&C did not. Thank you!

this operation is well ran, I reached out to the main office explain to them what was going on and they quickly booked a service call for the following morning with a two hour arrival window.
Darren was my plumber and he arrived on time! he certainly knew what he was doing, as he attacked each area with a power snake interchanging the cutting heads to maximize the penetration efficiency through the clogs and roots.
he eventually worked his way outside to the main sewer clean out and worked the power snake back-and-forth until I busted through the heavy roots. He made it look easy!
Darren is a rockstar, polite and professional yet straight to the point get the job started and powers through until it's done!
Prices were reasonable especially for the level of trade knowledge they possess.

Called on Sunday for non emergency, Tom called me back Monday mirning at 820 and scheduled me for 9. Josh called before he arrived and wa friendly and efficient. Affordable rate to clean out the main drain and cut through some root. Would recommend to everyone.
