Every employee who works there is extremely knowledgeable. Daniel is the owner and will work with you, as you know finances are tight for just about everyone these days, we'd been without a working septic for weeks. I had been told that Franks Septic had several big jobs at the time I called, not to count on any field work being done till early next month, we'll, Daniel made certain to get out here between jobs and repair the main leach line, bring in dirt, rocks and paper for getting the entire job done correctly the first time around. What id thought would take a few days they had it done in just less than two hours. Amazing. Its almost 100 degrees mind you. The owner doesn't have to do this kind of work but he knew we were showering outside with a bucket and took care to ensure we could shower regularly now! We had Daniel (the owner, as there's two Daniel's that work within the company) and Gideon working out here to get things up and running. Both Daniel s and the other employees are passionate about what they do and take the time to explain every detail. Id been told I needed a part in the past via another company but when I asked Daniel he said he'd check the system, he showed me where I had that part already installed so there was no need to put in another one.
Daniel kept in contact with me several times throughout the week to let me know where they were and to drop off supplies for the job, I was in constant contact with someone whether it was Daniel or Nicole back at the office. Really great communication, very professional, just an all around pleasant family owned and run company. They don't take shortcuts. You'll have the work done right the first time.

Daniel Bottini was the gentleman who came from Frank's Septic Service to but my septic out. He was early, very polite, efficient, he answered all of my husband's questions and I highly recommend him and Frank septic service.

Daniel at Frank's Septic has gone above and beyond for me. He did a septic inspection at my property that unfortunately failed. However he contacted the NMED, had a meeting with them, came up with 5 different possible plans to get it up to code. He really broke down what each option would be, the prices of each, and walked me through it. Even when the options where with another company he got me in contact with good people and checked it to make sure I understood what was going on. I can't say enough good things about him and I feel this company took really good care of me. They have also pumped my septic system before, fast and for a good price.
