The person they sent was very professional and knowledgeable, doing their job well, and extremely kind and honest.
My rating is because I've been asking for a receipt for the service for over 20 days, and it's all just empty promises. How can you come and do a service and not provide a receipt?
What if I need this receipt as proof of my rental so I don't have to pay for it, but the owner doesn't seem to care, so I don't recommend them at all.

Professional and efficient service, and the best part was how quickly they resolved the issue—on the very same day we requested the service. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I recommend them. Zepeda.

I had an appointment scheduled, and they never showed up. I understand they might be very busy, but as a customer, I also have other things to do, and I don't want to be left waiting all day without even a heads-up. If they're going to charge $550 just for a diagnosis, I'd expect good service. They didn't even bother to let me know they weren't coming, or to apologize for not showing up. I think the least they could do is let me know they can't make it so I can look for other options instead of leaving me waiting, since it's disrespectful to the customer's time.
