First time the man came an helped me with my problem. Then the next day we had arranged that he would come again for further details that needed to be fixed, he confirmed the hour and never came. This happened 2 times on different days. Just left me waiting both times.

They are not serious. They were supposed to come on December 30th and they didn't show up. Then they promised they would arrive on the 31st and they didn't appear either. On the 2nd I called several times and nobody answered. Around 1 pm the man who was supposed to come called me and said he would arrive in 40 minutes and 2 hours later he still hadn't arrived.

Extremely irresponsible. He tells you he'll do it and never does. He did the same thing to me twice in two days. He said he'd come on Tuesday and didn't show up, then he said Wednesday and didn't come either.
Not recommended at all. Don't waste your time, find someone else instead.

The service they provided was excellent; they were kind, polite, and professional. The price seemed reasonable. Some people think it's unfair and expensive to charge for tightening a screw, but few realize that the price isn't for tightening the screw, but for knowing which screw to tighten 🙏. They helped us remove a water heater that was three stories high in a complicated and risky position for them, and they still completed the job without any problems.
