Still had issues with my kitchen sink for months after the 1st time they came through. The plumber then pour acid in the sink which is stainless steel and the acid destroyed the sink. The plumber then had the audacity to be disrespectful to my brother for trying to help out and not even apologize, but instead gave him the worse attitude. Worse customer service I've ever seen the plumber had no idea what he was doing. Did a very poor job. The guy was old enough to where he should be retired and in a nursing home

Thought he was great. He was onsite within about 15 minutes and was very pleasant and personable. He answered all of my questions and even offered to walk me through a separate plumbing job if I chose to do myself. Very happy and certainly would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber. Additionally, he was recommended by another local plumber who wasn't able to come to my house until next week.

We have called and used Fletcher plumbing twice now, once to snake our outdoor drain to the sewer, and I called them today about a leak I noticed in the ceiling. Both times they were able to come out the same day. In the instance of the outdoor issue it was taken care of promptly and well for 1/2 the price of a big name competitor. Today they recommended that we try to pinpoint the issue more specifically and call back to avoid a costly repair that may be unnecessary and they didn't even charge for having come out. I would highly recommend and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

They were able to come same day. As well as work around my crazy schedule, they were also early which helped greatly. The price was very reasonable. I would call again!

Had a problem with tree roots clogging up my sewer line. Called Phil & he was here within a half hour & had it fixed in a half hour. I've used him before & would recommend him to anyone.
