When our water heater failed, we called Fitz, and they came out the very same day. It turned out to be perfect timing because it was the last day our water heater was still under warranty.
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The staff was professional, polite, and respectful of our home. They worked cleanly, explained everything clearly, and even took the time to be friendly and talk with our kids, which we really appreciated.
It's not easy to find a company that combines great customer service with quality work, but Fitz did exactly that. They got the job done right and made a stressful situation much easier for our family.
I highly recommend Fitz to anyone having plumbing or water heater issues. If you want honest, professional people who stand behind their work, give them a call.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. I called their office at 10:00AM and they were out by 11:30AM fixing my busted pipe from the snow that happened a few weeks ago. Communication was top notch and the service and personality is even better. Chris had me fixed with a new valve and pipe replacement in no time. He even had to go get more parts and did not blink or try to say he would be back tomorrow or another day like most companies would do. It is nice to see another company really give their all to their customers.

Both times I've used Fitz's Plumbing everything went smoothly and the work was stellar. Eddie fixed a problem fast and easy but it wasn't enough to avoid a new water heater. When I decided I needed a new one, he came and installed that and I'm really happy I found this company.

I was referred to Fitz’s Plumbing Repair service by my brother who informed me they were professional, knowledgeable and I’d be in good hands. Since that referral, I’ve had Fitz’s come out twice to fix issues at my home.
From my first call to the business to discuss my issues and schedule my appointments (special shout out to Misty for her phone etiquette and professionalism) to the diagnosing and solving of my issue, I was impressed and appreciative of the process. As a new homeowner, having things breakdown and figuring out the right people to call has all been new experiences for me, so I am thankful Fitz’s was my first plumber.
