My basement floor drain was back flowing due to the intense storm April 2026. I called Feltner on day three of continuously pumping my basement water out to the street. Scott and John came out same day. My stack pipe and my sewer clean out were buried by previous owners. They knew exactly where to find the clean out and knew exactly what the problem was. They were efficient and got me up and running until they could send out the hydro jet machine the next day. I couldn't be more grateful. Scott and John did a fantastic job. I truly appreciate the whole Feltner team.

I was charged $300 to snake the toilet (which I had already done myself) and $300 to take the toilet off to look at the pipes. I was quoted $4,500 to actually do any repairs. I’m out $618 and still don’t have a working toilet. The plumbers themselves were very knowledgeable and friendly, but I would HIGHLY recommend calling a different company for service if you are on a budget.
I received a second quote from Austin Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric and was quoted $1,000 less to replace twice the amount of pipe AND remove and install a new toilet. I’m SO glad I got a second quote.

Guys came in to unclog a toilet. First thing they did was flood my bathroom and then tell me it was $495 to unclog the toilet. Would not recommend!

Scott & Tony came out today in a very timely manner. Scott & Tony were in sync, but not in the sink,
and took care of my clogged sewer lateral like true professionals. Great customer service, conversation and recommendations. Well of course it was a Sunday and my toilet wouldn't flush and my shower drain wouldn't run through. You know the routine. So they were one of the few plumbers that I called that would actually come out today on a Sunday. So they came out and started the work. Found out what was wrong. 70 ft of pipes rusted out, $32,000 to repair that. They did a good job blowing out the pipe so then they came inside to work on the toilet. Previously my neighbor had taken off the toilet because he knows a little bit about plumbing. It was too much for him to handle. The guys came in to work on the toilet. It took them a long time to get it unclogged. I told the gentleman two or three times to let me know when they were done so that I could call my neighbor and find out if he wanted to put the toilet back on or should the plumbers put it back on. They never let me know that they were leaving. They didn't let my son know either. All the sudden I go into the bathroom to use it and it looked like a bomb exploded in there. The toilet was in the middle of the bathroom. The floor. The walls were covered in black greasy something. So I had to call my neighbor to come and put my toilet back on. Well then I look in the shower. After my neighbor finished with the toilet he had already gone home and there the shower was apart. They didn't put that back together either. They took my best white sunflower hand towel and wipe their hands or the floor. Don't know what with that black greasy crap. They made me pay for it before they finished the job. Gee, no wonder. I called the company three times after they left and they said they would return my call. Never heard a word. Not a word. I am so angry. I am ready to spit. I am calling there tomorrow and I am going to let them know that if they don't take money off of that bill that I am going to stop payment on my credit card. I have never had such shoddy work and didn't clean up after themselves and they didn't clean up anything in the basement either. Took my son's bath towels and wiped the floor with it. Black greasy substance. They can all be thrown out now. The floor is a mess. It's unbelievable. Anytime I've ever had work done they've always cleaned up after themselves and I got charged $1,400 today. Never again never ever again
