I had them come out. They were going to swap out a water filter on my tankless heater. The water filter I had installed four years ago. The top of the unit actually got destroyed in the sun and was leaking. As we were walking back to show him where it was. He asked what kind of system I had and he said I think we’re gonna get you something better. If you know me, that just made me laugh. Well, he was right! He put a new Filter system that I will never have to put in a disposable cartridge again! The replacement cartridges were hard to find and were costing me $125 a year. My concern is always how clean somebody is going to work. Their guy did just an amazing job And finished it super fast. I couldn’t be happier. It’s so nice to deal with somebody who knows what he’s talking about!

Fabulous father-and-son plumbing team! Don and Brandon were on time, friendly, and honest. They unclogged our bathtub, scoped our sewer line, explained everything, and didn’t push unnecessary services. Great pricing and trustworthy—our go-to plumbers from now on!

I called these guys including four other companies. They not only gave me a good rate, they were very upfront and honest. They came to my house the next day as I was having flooding issues on the side of my house and backyard. Unfortunately, due to a neighbors tree, their roots collapsed my drain 10 feet up from the street. This did not allow for any further unclogging. Because of that and my situation, they did not charge me and were very kind. They even wrote up a report and sent videos and pictures of the collapsed drain. If you want honest, hard-working, and really good people, these guys are IT!

We found this duo through our realtor when we bought our house. They came out to do an inspection to test our lines. They ran the scope and were extremely knowledgeable and explained every step and everything we saw through the camera to us.
Fast forward a couple months with all this rain and we had a bit of flooding and we knew our drain pipes might need a bit of TLC. They were very up front and honest about how just like much of SCV we might not have much luck being able to clear the pipes but they would still come out and check. They came out this past weekend and sadly our pipes are pretty bad. The one side of our house has collapsed pipes and the other side he was honest and told us we could try to get rid of the roots but he wasn’t sure it would fix the problem. We were given the option to pump the one side or leave it, but he couldn’t guarantee it would fix our problem and he didn’t want us to waste our money.
With complete transparency and honesty I couldn’t recommend them enough. We need more businesses like this. They aren’t money hungry, greedy and just trying to take advantage of people. I’ve heard too many stories of companies who like to take advantage of people who aren’t well educated and these two won’t do that.
We highly recommend father & son!
