I had an great experience with Express Drain Cleaning & Sewer Cleaning! From start to finish, the entire team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Javier, Joel, Kolby, and Courtney handled the hydro jetting of our garage floor drains with precision, pushing everything into the sump pump pit. They then vacuumed out the pit, hydro jetted into the city sewer drains, and finished by vacuuming those as well leaving everything in perfect working order.
The office staff, Marilyn and Alexis, were also fantastic friendly, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s rare to see this level of coordination between field technicians and office support, but Express Drain Cleaning delivered on every level.

Great company. Marilyn in the office was great and understood exactly what I required and explained the options thoroughly. Jonathan and Christopher the technicians that came in the Vacuum truck made short work of my catch basin drainage issue. They vacuumed out about 4 foot of sediment and debris and now the basin drains as it was designed to.
