We called three places and Ernie’s said they would be here in 20 minutes! Fast service! Alex worked on our clogged pipe for almost two hours. They did not charge since they couldn’t clear the pipes!
He came back a few days later and brought out a powerful machine to clean and clear out the pipes. After two more hours and some hard work Alex fixed our issue!
Alex was very professional and very nice!
The whole experience was stressful but he assured us he would not leave until he fixed the issue.
Very happy with the end results.

Austin was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything well. He stopped the leak under my sink. He replaced my clogged old faucet with a new modern design. I couldn't be happier; would reccomend to anybody!

" Buyer Beware!! "
We had Ernie's Plumbing do scan of the sewage pipes because of a recurring clog.
After the video scan that gave use the estimate here attached.
It was VERY expensive (as you can see) so I asked for a copy of the video we paid for and they said "we do not supply copies of our scans."
That was an immediate red flag!
I called another plumbing company (LD Plumbing) and they said they could do a scan of the system and would provide a video with an explanation of what was found.
They cane out and did the complete scan and said there was a MINOR problem, showed us the scan and said they could fix it for $450!!
They did fix it for $450 not $3000 OR MORE!!
(2) Response to the owner's (Ernie) reply.
(A) I spoke at length to Michael the plumber who did the scan and he said they do not supply copies of the scan to customers, I called the office number and they confirmed to me that they do not supply copies of the scan to customers.
(B) Justin did NOT stand over Michael and watch the scan.
(C) Michael the plumber went into a long description of how laborious the repair would be to fix the dual clean out and even sent me a picture of what they would use to do the repair (see the picture). That is what we were quoted $3000 to replace!
(D) LD Plumbing came out and did a full scan of the entire pipe system inside the home and outside. Came back and said there is only one minor problem which was that the dual clean out had slipped off the pipe and provided us with a picture (see the picture) and the repair would be quick and they would do it for $450!
(E) They did the complete repair (NO BANDAID) using exactly the same item that Michael showed me in the picture he sent. (See the picture of the FULL REPAIR!)
Once again I say BUYER BEWARE!

Anthony D with Ernie’s Plumbing Service came out 10/31/2025 the same day I call to replace the shut off valve for my dishwasher. Anthony looked at it and said it really doesn’t need replacing and I don’t understand why they stated that it does.
I truly appreciate Anthony’s honesty instead of just charging me to make the company money. I’ve already paid for the installation with another service or I would’ve had Ernie’s plumbing service put in my washing machine for me. Anthony did a wonderful job and he takes his job very seriously. I would trust Ernie’s Service again. I have them on speed dial now.

Had a backed up sewer and all 3 toilets in our house would not flush on a Saturday morning. Thomas was at the house in less than an hour from when we called. He did a great job getting the sewer unclogged and everything working and it didn't take long at all. Also for an emergency weekend call not only were they quick, the bill was extremely reasonable. I will make sure we have the number handy and next time we need a plumber they will be the first call. Glad we found them Saturday.
