Had an excellent experience with ENCO. Heard water dripping in the ceiling from our water heaters on Saturday evening of a holiday weekend and had a technician here within 25 minutes. Cannot be more appreciative of their incredible customer service. Their quick response helped us avoid serious damage. They were thorough in explaining everything and performed great work. Highly recommend!

We needed to pull and replace old toilets in a newly purchased home. We called a couple local places with high Yelp ratings and either didn't get a return call or the pricing and explanation were really confusing. Our realtor recommended Enco. We got a clear explanation, a quick appointment, and even an offer to pick up the new toilets! When Luke arrived, on time, he was friendly, polite, and so professional. He did a great job with the install, and just as important, an incredible clean up job. I could not be more pleased!

Christopher in truck 45 was outstanding. Super informative and polite and customer service oriented. He did a turnkey natural gas hookup for our inverter-generator and coordinated the permit and inspection. Everything was done in two days. He is super safety conscious and we had some great conversation around everything related to natural gas and plumbing in general. The experience could not have been better and the cost was very reasonable. Enco gets my business next time I have any plumbing needs.

just had ENCO Plumbing do a job for me at my home. What a great company. I called them yesterday about my problem, letting them know it was not an emergency. Thinking maybe some time next week, they asked if 11:00 tomorrow would be ok. Sure! Cody was here before 11. Finished in about thirty minutes. He identified the problem and let me know the cost right up front. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and cleaned up when he finished. ENCO was very reasonable with the price. They are now my go to plumbing company.

While I wish we didn’t experience the situation described below… mistakes happen. How someone (or a company) responds to a mistake speaks volumes. ENCO quickly reached out, explained their side of the story and listened to my concerns. In the end, they addressed the situation and demonstrated character. In the future they will be my first call.

While the plumber who visited was timely, worked efficiently, and was very polite, I cannot recommend this company due to their questionable billing practices.
After diagnosing our leak, the plumber provided us with a clear, agreed-upon quote for the repair. We accepted this price and the work was completed quickly and effectively.
However, when it came time to pay the bill, we were told, "Oh sorry, the price is $150 more." This last-minute, unquoted increase left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. A quote should be honored, and springing a substantial, unauthorized fee on a customer after the job is done is unacceptable and feels like a classic bait-and-switch.
For this reason, I would not recommend trusting this company. I will also be sharing this experience with our realtor who recommended them, as I would not want anyone else to face this kind of last-minute price gouging.
Avoid if you value transparent and trustworthy pricing.
