Emet and his team are amazing, hardworking, and honest. They recently installed two tankless water heaters for me and did an exceptional job. You can tell they take pride in the small details—the piping is perfectly straight and symmetrical. Even when a malfunctioning part (not their fault) needed an adjustment, they were back the following day to fix it. The team is incredibly communicative and responsive. Emet's Plumbing replaced my two giant aging water heaters with an efficient tankless water heater. They were able to come out on short notice, which was great because one of my existing heaters had a pinhole leak! 😬
Crisis was averted, and the job was well done. They handled the whole job, including water lines, gas line, venting to the roof, installation on a new faux wall, and the new drain pan. I appreciated the walkthrough of operating the water heater once it was fully installed. The team was efficient and courteous. Thank you!
