I can’t recommend Jesse highly enough. He’s an independent plumber and also a neighbor, and I originally found him through another neighbor’s recommendation — and he has been exceptional every step of the way.
When a Costco refrigerator delivery exposed a water leak in the refrigerator line, it became an emergency situation because the refrigerator couldn’t be installed until the leak was fixed. Jesse came right out, handled the repair quickly and professionally, and did not charge an emergency fee. While he was there, he also found and repaired a leak to the dishwasher at a very fair price and even fixed a leaking tub issue at no charge, which really speaks to his integrity.
More recently, when my water softener started having issues, Jesse stopped by just to turn it off so it would stop recycling — again with no service charge. He later installed a brand-new water softener, with excellent workmanship, very reasonable pricing, and his usual friendly, easygoing personality.
It’s rare to find someone who is skilled, honest, responsive, and genuinely kind. Jesse is all of that. If you value supporting local, independent tradespeople who truly care about their work and their neighbors, Jesse is exactly the kind of professional you want to call. When we had an issue with our broken water heater, we had a different plumbing company come out and their quote was astronomical. I asked around for a good trustworthy plumber and Jesse with EMB plumbing was recommended by several people. Jesse was much more knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. He was significantly more affordable too! We had him come back and install our water softener and filter and once again he did a great job. When he found an issue with another home in our neighborhood, he reached out so he could come and make sure the builder didn’t make the same mistake on our home. I appreciated this extra effort to make sure we were safe.

Jesse was such a great plumber to work with and I cant recommend him highly enough.
We had been left waiting for two weeks by a name-brand plumbing company who also misdiagnosed our issue. Thankfully, Jesse came on short notice and immediately figured out the real problem with our hot water heater. Not only did he fix it quickly, but he also pointed out issues from our builder that we would have never caught and would have resulted in the same issue recurring a few years dowm the road. Jesse was communicative, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His pricing was a fraction of what the big companies charge, and he never once tried to upsell or take advantage of us. We couldn’t be happier with his service and highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, honest plumber.

Jesse is an outstanding person and plumber. He’s very punctual, reliable, and hard working. We have had a few pipe issues at our house, and issues at our rental. Each time, Jesse has responded and handled our problem. He’s also got a great personality, so it’s cool not having some grouchy person showing up to fix something.
