Elite Rooter is licensed and insured which is very important to me. They offered same-day service (shocker), and Junior and Andrew arrived on time. They were polite, listened and gave me an estimate for the job, I accepted, and they got to work immediately cleaning my clogged drain.
I was very happy with the job and will request them again.

Do not use this company they came to my house charged me 60 dollars for an estimate that i didn't need.I was told my valve in the shower was broken and couldn't be fixed and would need to open my sheetrock wall buy the valve and they wanted 500 to install it.I had another plumber look at it and told me there was nothing wrong with the valve and took the parts from the new cartridge i was putting in and it works just fine!I called and asked to be reinburst for the wrong quote they gave me and they haven't responded to my calls!!!So unprofessional!

This place is a complete sham. I’m in the middle of a law suit against them. The main broke on my house and they came out to do the repairs with unlicensed workers and never pulled permits. They brought the main in above ground and left my yard in shambles. They used the wrong size piping, so the water in half my house didn’t work when it was done. Connor Jimenez hired these unprofessional workers who talked like they were big and had nice expensive vehicles but they just took my money and ghosted. They acted like they would make it right and settled with me for 19,000 in which Conner signed as well as I did for unpaid work that they owed because they originally agreed to repair the damage and do the plumbing in my bathrooms. Instead they took my money and ran. My lawyer sent letters to Pratik Patel, James Blake and Connor Jimenez to demand payment and I am also currently working with attorney generals in Idaho, Colorado and California. These individuals have not responded to any of the e mail or certified mail and and I’m sure are just hoping I go away, which I don’t plan on doing. The division of occupational licensing confirmed that no work was ever permitted and I’m sure that is because all the workers on my project were unlicensed. Dealing with this has been a nightmare. Don’t make the same mistake I did and stay away from this sham outfit.

I called Elite Rooster and they had someone out in about two hours the same day. Eric and Isaiah were the utmost professional pair and did a wonderful job of fixing my drain in a quick manor! Strongly recommend these folks.

I've had the pleasure of working with this company twice now! With the quality work of Dennis, Isaiah and James (I've worked with all now) they have themselves a loyal customer. They're all super professional, straight to the point and very kind. They aim to please and its clear they love to take care of their customers.
