I called Kenny on a Sunday morning with an emergency, my water heater caught on fire. He sent out his lead installer first thing the next morning. Ryle and Ben from Elite were both fabulous. The service was timely and price was reasonable. Ben rebuilt the plumbing under our kitchen sink that was partially incorrectly done a few years earlier by another company and also identified small leaks around the twin drains. He also installed a new faucet that we had bought at Lowes. So far, no more leaks. Very friendly and professional folks. Highly recommended.

Elite Plumbing of FL was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. From the very first interaction, I knew I was in great hands. The owner (Kenny) personally came out to provide the estimate, which immediately gave me confidence in the company and showed how much they truly care about their customers.
When it came time for the repair, they sent out an incredible specialist (Kyle) who was professional, knowledgeable, and completely committed to getting the job done right no matter what it took. The entire experience was seamless, honest, and stress-free.
What I appreciated most was that I never once felt pressured or upsold on anything unnecessary. Their pricing was fair, transparent, and I truly felt they had my best interests in mind instead of trying to gouge me.
They went above and beyond in every way, and I can honestly say they were amazing beyond amazing. I will absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!

Nate came out right away and did a great job repairing a leak in my kitchen.
