I requested a quote to have the gasket on my leaking sink replaced, and they wanted to charge me 800 pesos when the gasket only costs 70 pesos at the hardware store. They tried to justify it by saying it was for labor and that it came with a 5-month warranty. While I appreciate everyone's work, and of course labor is paid, and if it's a job well done, even better, I still felt that the cost of $$$$ 800 PESOS TO REPLACE A SINK GASKET IS EXORBITANT AND UNJUSTIFIED. IT'S NOT RIGHT.

Unprofessional and unreliable. They were supposed to come to my house for a repair, and not only did they never show up, but they didn't even have the courtesy to contact me or answer any of my messages or calls to even let me know if they were coming. It's terrible that they didn't even take a couple of minutes to say they weren't coming, without considering that waiting for them means sacrificing time and activities, hoping they'll keep their appointments. 👎🏽
