Even if they delete my comment, I'll post it again. DO NOT HIRE Luis Enrique Valentinez Murguía, the owner. He's quick to answer the first call, but once you hire him, he does shoddy work. He left a water tank leaking, a pipe repair only half-finished with the holes uncovered, they ask for money for materials and then suddenly stop answering calls and messages. They are scammers. He abandoned the job unfinished and with the same leak. They are irresponsible and filthy. THE WORST IN THE SOUTHERN AREA OF MEXICO CITY.

They answered the call and resolved the issue. They mentioned the service was guaranteed, but they didn't follow through on the second visit. Another option was sought.
