At 10:05 PM, I got a video call and they explained that my major problem was something trivial. They guided me step by step and I fixed it in 5 minutes.
They refused to give me their contact information so I could pay them.
They could have told me it was complicated, come to my home, move things around unnecessarily, and then charged me.
They fixed it at 10 PM, incredibly fast, and they were so kind that they didn't charge me for something they considered very basic, but which was a catastrophe for me.

Excellent service and very professional. We had a problem with a key that wouldn't lock on a Sunday night, and they were the only ones who answered and arrived in under 30 minutes.
Fair price and they accept bank transfers.

They don't finish the job. They fixed a water pump, saying it was working manually. They don't answer to follow up, and the next plumber I sent told me they didn't do anything. Now they don't answer and they don't give me any answers about the work I requested.
