Cody came to run a snake through our plugged drain, we tried ourselves but he had a much longer and better snake.
Professional, protected flooring from the snake and we will definitely use this comps again if needed. They gave us a flat rate/ hourly rate- minimum 2 hours and that in itself is why we chose this company.
Anyone will say it’s a certain amount $$$ to come over and we will quote you a price while there. Do not take that.

My toilet and shower was draining slowly. Cody sent his camera through the toilet trap and found out that the back flow flapper was the issue. He recommended to have it removed. He will return after I get access to the back flow flapper. I would recommend Electric Eel, Cody was upfront and very professional about the situation.

Had a sewer back up and Cody from Electric Eel was able to come over same day to auger out the pipes. He explained exactly what he was doing and got the job done in good time. Once the augering was done, he cleaned the area up extremely well. Nice guy
I have used this company before and would definitely recommend them to anyone suffering a backup.

Drain was backing up consistently in our main floor condo unit. Cody was our plumber and that back up didn’t stand a chance with Cody on the horn. The guy was an absolute beauty and helped a brother out. It was a Sunday and he was about to head home but took the call and was genuinely kind throughout the interaction. He was efficient, well prepared, and good at his job! 12/10 pal. You should have a city block named after ya.
