I had a major blockage in my main line going out to the city main sewer and had called a few people. I wish I called these guys first. The people who showed up tried to rip me off. Saying I needed to do some liner immediately, and along with that, they were going to charge an exorbitant amount. I got a hold of Bill and he gave me a better quote the liner work, and said I did not have to do it anytime soon and offered me a less costly solution. These are definitely the guys to call with drain issues.

Easy Flow was trustworthy, dependable, and experienced in addressing and fixing a drain problem at my house. I had flooding in my entire bathroom. Two other plumbing companies came out to my house – charging me a total of $1500 for snaking that “couldn’t clear the drain,” along with telling me that my backyard area did not have a “clean out,” and recommending several thousands of dollars of work without fixing anything. One of the companies had told me the main line piping had clearly “collapsed,” a “clean out” would have to be installed, and that several points of expensive digging/pipe replacement would be required.
I am so thankful I got a third opinion. When Easy Flow came to my house, turns out I did have a “clean out,” the piping had not “collapsed,” and that there were root intrusions at different areas of the old cast iron piping causing the blockage shown to me on a clearly recorded video. Different options were provided based on the circumstances, and we went with a lining of the old piping for repair for the section of piping that needed to be addressed.
This stressful situation was remarkably handled by Easy Flow. In particular, Chris and his team communicated clearly, were patient with my questions, presented the actual plumbing situation that I was facing, and fixed the problem. The cost was well under recommendations that were made by the two prior plumbing companies who seemingly were not forthcoming and creating additional work.

We had a major issue with our lateral sewer line and Easy Flow came to our rescue. They handled the permits, street traffic control, signage, etc. and got the job done quickly and professionally!! Chris was our contact and Carlos supervised on site. A great team of hard working, experienced guys. We highly recommend them!
