Reached out to Ease plumbing through thumbtack. Very quick response and was able to come out the next day to check issue. Logan came out, discover the issue and was able to give me a reasonable price for the option I choose. Next day Logan and Daniel came out to install my new faucet, took about 45 minutes to completed. They definitely made sure everything was working properly, no more leaks and cleaned up before the left. Pricing remained the same. Will definitely use Ease plumbing again!

Tried out ease plumbing Monday 12/12/22 when a pipe elbow busted behind my hot water heater and flooded the house. I was extremely impressed with the speed of arrival...less than an hour after the call was placed, and I live 17 miles away.
Logan was also extremely professional and courteous. He kept calling me sir even after I told him it was ok not to. He located, repaired the problem and had me back up and going in less than an hour. As a courtesy, he even repaired a loose pipe under my house that I had no idea was loose. It's good to see a kid Logan's age take pride in their work and do a great job, when so many his age are still sitting on mommy's couch playing video games and wasting their life.
The only complaint I have is the price. I never got a quote (which is understandable because we didn't know exactly what the problem was, but I think they could have given me a ballpark idea). It cost me $321.00 for the repair, again, which took less than 30 minutes. The average hourly rate for a plumber is around $75 to $150 per hour, depending on state, area and skill. Even accounting for the overhead (drive time, $2.00 copper elbow), the total job was completed in just over an hour...allowing 30 minutes to drive from Monroe to my home 17 miles away. My cost should have been in the neighborhood of $200, give or take a few bucks, NOT $321.00.
Other than price, Ease seems to be a reputable company and Logan was outstanding. If Ease Plumbing would be willing to discuss the price, I would certainly be willing to edit and uprate this review.

Before I luckily found ease plumbing, I called two other places that never returned my calls! As soon as I dialed ease plumbing my call was answered right away. They sent Logan the very next day. This young man is so knowledgeable and did a great job disposing of my old toilet and installing the new. He was such a pleasure having in my home. I felt 100%
comfortable around him and trusted his expertise Thank you Logan!!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandmother, who had Trevor Beer come out yesterday to repair her toilet. He was professional, polite, friendly, helpful, and did a great job. She definitely wanted to ensure she left a good review for him, as he deserves the recognition. Our toilet was stopped up for weeks. We had 3 different companies to come out and fix it. Within days it was stopped up again. We called Ease Plumbing - Monroe, they fixed the issue within minutes. They discovered a vape was in the line. Thank you, Dalton & Logan, for your help. Not only did they fix our issues, but they also gave great customer service.
