We have had 3 experiences with Earl’s plumbing. All 3 have been great. I especially want to give a shout out to the receptionist who actually gave helpful information to test before scheduling the appointment. I have never experienced a company who tried to save us a service call but sadly our old tankless water heater was definitely on its way out. She made sure she sent a technician who was very familiar with tankless water heaters. Jason and his assistant were awesome!! We ride Saturday and Sunday in Mardi Gras so Friday (when they came) was a very hectic day for us. He worked with us to get everything in the house done first then I asked if we could settle up and we could leave. My next door neighbor happened to mention when they wrapped up and it was several hours after we left. And when we finally got home from loading floats, we were able to take a nice HOT shower. I would highly recommend them. They are awesome from start to finish.
Truly appreciate finding such a great company. I have not had the best luck in the past with plumbers and I am so grateful we found them.

Have had to call for a plumber twice since buying a home a year ago. Both times, Earl's sent a plumber out within an hour. The first time, a sink wouldn't drain. They replaced the drainpipes and took the old disposal out at my request and were done within 2 hours. The second time, the 20 year old water heater started leaking rusty water. Less than 3 hours later, they installed a new one, drilled a new drainage line, installed a pan and hauled off the old unit. Both times, the quoted price was fair and didn't change when the work was done. To my layman's eyes, the quality of the plumbing looks great. Thanks guys.

I called Earl’s Plumbing for the first time when I needed to install gas in our house to install a new stove. Plumbers were at my house within just a few hours and gave a thorough review of my situation and a fair quote. My dog even stayed near the door so she could get pets from them.
What happened next was the most impressive. This was a complicated process, involving installations of gas under my house, working with a local utility for the meter, unpredictable city permits, and finally a stove delivery so they could hook it up. They did absolutely everything they said they would, when they said they would, and they didn’t charge me a dime over what they had initially quoted me. They even went over and above, removing old piping that was no longer in use in order to make the city approval faster. They also managed to get the city—the most unpredictable part of the process—done with several days to spare. And yes, the dog stayed by the door for them every time they arrived because they were kind. They even fixed a piping issue with my dryer for no cost and hauled off my old stove for me.
In sum, I expected a quality job, but I did NOT expect them to respond so quickly, liaise so smoothly with the city and utility company, or that they would go above and beyond to set me up for the future. I would use these guys anytime; they earned my trust.

I had an urgent plumbing issue on Friday afternoon. I called Earl’s Plumbing for the first time hoping they could help. They had a plumber to my house in approx 30 min. David couldn’t repair the problem fully at that time without additional equipment but he was kind enough to restore water to my home until the repair could be made. They are coming back Monday to complete the repair. The response time and service is exceptional. David was amazing. I am so impressed with my initial contact with Earl’s and I am a customer for life!

I had a leak under the slab. I had another company originally and had no water for a couple weeks. I had quotes from multiple companies. This company had the cheapest quote by more than half. Ron was able to fix the issue in a few hours. My only regret was not calling this company sooner.
