Excellent service from start to finish! I've been using Dunn Plumbing for years and they have always been professional, responsive and respectful. I needed a replacement of my water filtration system and hot water heater. Ray and Damien explained the plumbing issue clearly, answered all of my numerous questions and concerns, completed the work efficiently and went above and beyond to leave everything clean. Damien and Ray both went out of their way to address my concerns or questions, calmly and professionally. Ray even cleaned my filthy garage floor! Pricing was fair and the quality of work was outstanding. Damien offered to come back and show me how to maintence the water filtration system. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to details to their customers. They take care of you like you are their family. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing services!

ChatGPT will never replace the need for a quality plumber! Dunn Plumbing (Micah) absolutely saved me today. It was late in the evening and I called multiple “24/7” plumbers and they were the only company that actually picked up and offered real help. The person who answered took my info and said a plumber would call me ASAP to see if they could walk me through it before sending someone out, which already put them ahead of everyone else.
Micah called me less than 5 minutes later and FaceTimed with me to troubleshoot a fancy toilet seat install issue. He walked me through exactly what to do, including cutting off the escutcheon to properly seat the PEX stop valve. One small adjustment and it clicked into place. No leaks, problem solved. And a situation with a house full of daughters angry about the water being shut off didn’t have to end in a “dad-caused disaster.”
They saved me a service call, a ton of time, and a lot of frustration. Honest, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Dunn Plumbing is now my go-to, and Micah was outstanding. Highly recommend! Call these guys before going too far down a ChatGPT rabbit hole and save yourself a lot of time and effort!

He gave a quote with a clear explanation the same day. The next day he sent a plumber who was also kind and everything is back up and running smoothly now.
