They were fast to respond and incredibly helpful with scheduling a septic inspection on a tight deadline—Mariah got me on the schedule quickly and made everything easy. Alex, the technician, was fantastic—he worked hard to locate the tank on a hot, muggy day with no prior info, all while staying positive and keeping me updated. Highly recommend and will definitely work with them again!

Awesome service! Office staff got us scheduled at the same time as our house inspection and the guys were so awesome explaining everything for us while there on site. Because they were so honest and caring they made our decision to back out of our house offer due to a leaking septic very easy. They were very helpful in letting us know if we did get the house that it would have required a lot of demo to a new retaining wall that was just installed and would be a pretty big pain in the butt. So they helped us from making a bad purchase since the house had foundation issues too. We are definitely calling them again to inspect our next house we intend to buy.

I had a water pressure issue and called Drainworks for help. Brandon came out the same day. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knew his stuff. Brandon quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it the same day.The work was done efficiently and thoroughly, and Brandon was also a genuinely nice guy, which made the whole experience better. Drainworks exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

They do good work but they need to work on pricing. Felt like I was over charged the first time they worked on my plumbing but I called them back for another job and I was quoted $14k. I called two other large plumbing companies and I was getting half the price in quotes. Drainworks biggest downfall will be pricing and not working with the clients that give them business. I will not be working with them in the future.
