Great experience with Drains by James for a frozen sewer line. The front office was helpful in getting an emergency repair setup for me. While the fix could not be completed on the emergency call as more specialized equipment was needed, they promptly returned to complete the job. "Say" and the rest of the crew were polite, professional and got the job done. Highly recommended.

Drains By James was recommended by our favorite plumber and they have saved us a few times by unclogging drains in our turn of the century old house. Most recently a huge project was done to replace old pipes with new pipes and we were very satisfied with the price, timing and their expertise. They were in and out with little disruption. Highly recommend! 5 Stars*****

Well let me just say the have a NEW LOYAL CUSTOMER. Most recently one of the tenants that I had complained about a clog thier bathroom sink. I called the company that we have used forever. They sent thier guy who couldnt unclog the drain because he said the pipes were old and I would need to cut open the wall and have a plumber service the clog. The plumber came and looked and told me that it is an old T line connection and that the pipe is in good standing and they need to come back and unclog it. I then called the old company on saturday about it which the woman in the office was so incredible rude to me that I told her to send me my final invoices and I would pay them. She told me that I didn't know what I was talking about.... We have owned the building over fifty years and my family was in construction. I called my plumber Paul and he told me to call Drains by James..... So I Did!!!!!! I couldn't have been more happy! Kyle showed up who got it done in 10 mins and guess what he used to work for that other company and new the building well. I am so happy for Drains by James and KYLE they have a new customer..... THANK YOU DRAINS BY JAMES!

I had never used Drains by James; we had a clogged sink so I’d try them out. The woman who booked the appt was very helpful and pleasant. The service man Roger was right on time; he explained exactly where the clog was, why it happened. He was very thorough and professional, the clog was fixed shortly thereafter. I told Roger that I have a 4&1/2 yr old grandson who would have loved to watch him. He went to his truck and gave me a “Drains by James”magnet, a little foam football and and a “poop bag carrier”. We have a dog and my grandson loves to walk her with me; Roger went the extra mile! I would highly recommend them

My mom’s place had sewer water backing out of the bathtub drain and a plumber came by to address it, but couldn’t fix it. Kyle from. Drains by James came by and did a late night visit and was not only able to find the clog 55 feet out towards the main sewer, but also through more investigation found a second clog! Not only was Kyle very knowledgeable and professional, but also super friendly and really, really nice to my mom. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to take care of your family members! He was a really nice guy!
