Called and John came out the next day to replace the dip tube and anode on my hot water heater. Very happy with the work done and the additional advice John gave me on replacing the heater elements (did it myself the next day with no issues), the limitations of the basement sump pump, and information on what various things cost. Will definitely call the next time I need plumbing work!

After a terrible experience with their virtual assistant, I spoke to someone last night and they apologized for the issues with the VA. They were very apologetic so I called them today after a ridiculously high quote from someone else. They came out and diagnosed the problem and had it repaired, saved us from having to put in a new hot water heater and followed through until the end. We appreciate that John came out even though he wasn't on weekend call.

Discovered a leak early afternoon of January 2. Called right away and the crew showed up before the time frame I was given. Once again courtesy, professional and problem solved within a matter of minutes. This was a call back and they honored it.

When we sold our home in Amity Township, we needed to get a sewer inspection certification. Drainmen plumbing has been absolutely amazing. I was having a new septic system installed but there was water coming from the house. It took us over a week to find the problem but Mike was very patient with me until he could find the cause. Then, even more impressive was house quickly he came out to do the repair! He has gone above and beyond to help me and to bring comfort to my mind. I would recommend him to anyone and I plan to use him again in future. Thank you Mike for being so amazing!
