Uziel is God sent! I had a back up overflow a day before our trip and I panicked specially because I was expecting house guests over the holidays. He always answers the phone or text in a calm, happy and reassuring way. He came immediately for my emergency. He is very knowledgeable not only because he went to school for plumbing but because you can tell he has a love for what he does. He is very honest, and tells you exactly what he has to do and also gives you options. He is very professional and makes you feel like you are talking to a member of the family you can trust. I have used Drainflow Solutions (Uziel) for many years now. He worked on our former home and is now my to go guy for our new home. Uzziel was awesome! Came with same day notice, no crazy fees, and helped us walk through everything that was legitimately wrong and identified future service opportunities for when the time was right. Took his time, was extremely knowledgeable, and all around a great experience (not pushy at all). He’ll be our go to plumber from now on in the SGV!
