My husband and I lived in Bend in 2006, which was when our septic system failed. David came out and fixed the system in a single afternoon. We then moved to Europe in 2008 for my husband's job, where we eventually decided to retire. We gave the house to our son and daughter-in-law when we moved, and they still live there to this day. My husband and I came back to the United States in 2019 to visit our newest granddaughter. I noticed my son covered the backyard with sod grass, so I assumed the septic went bad again and the backyard had to be dug up and replaced. To my amazement he said the septic was still working as well as the day they moved in and never had a single issue. They just wanted to have a nice yard for the kids to play on. I had a hard time remembering the name of the company until I spoke with my old friend who is actually neighbors with my son. Apparently David fixed the neighbors septic as well just a few weeks before we got back from Europe. My husband, son, and myself just wanted to thank David for the amazing job he did making the system last not just years but DECADES.

Drainfield Restoration brought our 30 year old drain field back to life. Our septic system had been getting sluggish and had biomass and root issues. They used their Terralift system and were able to aerate around the pipes and get the pipes flowing well again. They also used root killer and put in an access point for us to apply root killer in the future. They provided us with a years supply of oxygenating enzymes and biospan to keep the septic system healthy. We are grateful that they were able to fix our septic drain field so we didn't have to replace it. They saved us a lot of money and a lot of headaches. They worked efficiently, to determine exactly what needed to be done, and they were very knowledgable and helpful.

My drainfield is 30 years old and needed to be replaced. I remembered seeing Drainfield Restoration services on work trucks over the years around Bend and decided to give them a call. What an amazing operation this company performs I cannot give Dave and Tammy a high enough rating with just 5 stars. Highly recommend this business great job!

Having just sold my house, the septic system needed to be inspected. But the water level was too high, indicating that it wasn't draining properly. So, Dave and Tammy figured it out, after many hours of digging, power-jetting, flushing all the drainfield lines, and saved me from an impending nightmare! I highly recommend their services, it is filthy work, and they have the tools and the knowledge to solve this kind of problem. So grateful.

We had a leach field/overflow problem. Called a local septic company, who replaced a hose to the distribution box. A week later, same problem. They came out, poked around with a probe for a few minutes and declared we needed a new septic system. ($12k - $20k+) They wanted to begin the process immediately.
It didn't feel right, and a friend recommended these guys. They discovered the distribution box lid had collapsed, and one of the leach lines was 100% clogged with mud and roots at the box itself... half the leach field wasn't being used at all, for years, apparently. The original septic company would have seen all of that if they would have bothered to dig another 12 inches and uncover the #@%$! distribution box that they had fixed the hose coupling on. After jetting, they terra lifted (fractured and blasted the dirt with compressed air at 18 inches) the field and it's working great.
Dave and Tammy do great work and we're super happy.
