Erick was very attentive in listening to me explain the problem we'd been experiencing and was very thorough in laying out courses of action we could take to resolve it. Turns out it was a very simple fix on my end and I got my water pressure back in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Had an overall positive experience using Drain Works to fix a leak issue in my condo unit. It can be stressful finding the right plumbing service but they made the whole process very smooth. Due to their expertise they were able to locate the issue immediately and solve the issue at an affordable price. Truly appreciated their honesty with the job as a customer and would not hesitate in contacting them again when an issue arises. Highly recommend them!

The Drain Works team was professional and careful to keep our family safe with proper PPE and distancing while completing their work. The work was completed efficiently and with a warranty that rivals other, much larger plumbing companies but at a much more reasonable labor rate. Drain Works customer service is also better than the larger plumbing firms--no gimmicks, just straight-forward recommendations with cost benefit analysis. I highly recommend!

They were trustworthy and didn’t make you feel like you’re getting scammed or forced to fix things that were unnecessarily. I would recommend this company.
