Bob is friendly, funny and honest. He had me watch the scope screen with him the whole time and explained what we were seeing. My emergency was on a weekend, and he didn't charge extra for that. Will definitely use him again!

Had a great experience with this company. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. Reasonable pricing, professional, and the main guy Bob is pretty funny which was a nice perk! Highly recommend.

Bob made time to meet with one of my sellers, last minute. He took the time to answer her questions and supply her with all of the information she needed to make a well informed decision. He wasn't pushy about making repairs - just honest information. Just what we needed. I will certainly keep your info and call again in the future!

I highly recommend drain solvers! The customer service is amazing. They have come to my house for multiple needs. Not only do they get the job done in a timely manner, but the work is very quality. Bob is very friendly and will explain and break things down in a way that is easy to understand!!! 5 stars!!!!

STOP and read the yelp reviews not the google reviews for this company to get a better idea of their work. Bob came out to do an inspection and cleaning of our sewer line today but claimed he could not get down further than 4ft due to pipe collapse or damage and that the work would start a $6k to take a look at what was going on. I asked for him to scope it and he replied that he didn't need to and already knew what was going on. Didn't do the work and still charged my wife $289. A second crew came out the same day with a scope and were easily able to go all the way to the road. Bob went the wrong direction in our line and he didn't even know it! A scope as requested would have made this clear. Would love for him to try and make this right by refunding our money for work he didn't do!
